The only major error is the lack of "/usr/share/cli-common/cli.make" in
debian/rules (with corresponding build-depends on cli-common-dev in
debian/control) and the lack of ${cli:Depends} in debian/control to
build automatic Mono dependencies. Right now, if you inspect your
package with "dpkg -I", it won't have a dependency on things like GTK#
