[MonoDevelop] C++ missing in MonoDevelop2.2.2 under Windows

Hi all - I'm a new MonoDevelop user, and have recently started to use it in
Ubuntu and now Windows. On installation in Windows (XP), support for C++
projects is entirely missing (I can only create C# projects). Is there
something else I'm missing/need to install? In Ubuntu, I do seem to be able
to create C++ projects...

I used the standard windows installer, and have mono (2.6.4) installed too.
