[MonoDevelop] Fix AspNetEdit makefile var INSTALL_DIR

[lists+monodevelop at quasiparticle.net]

This one-liner fixes the INSTALL_DIR variable of the AspNetEdit-addin.
Currently, it does not point to $(DESTDIR)something, which breaks some
methods of building distribution packages.
