[MonoDevelop] Package creation failed. The system cannot find the file specified

Hi

i Have this ugly issue when try to create package on windows (linux runs
just fine).
no other messages whatsoever, so im confused.

"Package creation failed. The system cannot find the file specified"
and nothing more (compiled ok)

OS: winxp 64bit
.net framework
latest monodevelop 2.2

any help would be appreciated
