[MonoDevelop] Automatic deletion/removal of some lines.

I might not be able to try MD 2.4 beta 1, since I'm on Ubuntu and not
skilled enough (at present) to build form sources and stuff (it also
requires Mono 2.6 while Ubuntu packages 2.4).
But it is nonetheless, huge relief to know that core team is aware of this
issue.
Thanks for Mono and MonoDevelop.
