[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.2.2 not installing - GTK# Issue

I have Mono 2.6.4 w/ GTK# 2.12.10 installed on Windows (Win7, 32-bit). I
installed it using the prepackaged install .exe.

However, when I try to install MonoDevelop 2.2.2 from the .msi, I get the
following error:

"Gtk# version 2.12.9 or greater must be installed".

Not sure what is going on since I have 2.12.10 installed.

Any advice?
