[MonoDevelop] Drag and drop variables to the watch window?

Is there a way to highlight a variable or expression, and then drag it
onto the watch window (or a keyboard shortcut that'll do the same)?

I've noticed a bug in 2.4 Beta1 on OS/X where if I try to "drag"
selected text, it gets stuck in selection mode.  If I let up the mouse
button, it continues to highlight what I move the mouse over as if the
button were still down.  Is this a known bug?  Thanks!
