[MonoDevelop] debug monodevelop addons

Hi There,

I'm progressing quite slowly with my work on a perforce addin for MD,
One thing is the entire build/install/test/unload sequence I have to go
through.

Is there an easy way of me launching a new instance of MD and it
automatically loading up my newly built addin?

At the moment I have a local repository that my build adds to when it
succeeds, then I have to open a fresh MD and replace the addin.
