[MonoDevelop] Targetting mono-2.6 into monodevelop-2.2

Hai,

Previously i had mono runtime -2.4 in my Linux machine. So I Installed Mono
2.6.x parallel environment on Ubuntu (thanks to
http://patrick.qmtech.net/downloads/mono_parallel.sh) and compiled it
successfully. But I didn't know how to target this mono-2.6 environment to
mono-develop which is having older version of mono (2.4). 
So can any one provide some information.
