Michael,
thanks for your response. En realidad, in SuSe, i already installed
"moonlight-tools" package from
http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/download-stable/openSUSE_11.2 repo. With this
i got mopen.exe, mxap.exe, respack.exe sockpol.exe, xamlg.exe into
/usr/lib/moonlight and the corresponding shell scripts into /usr/bin. I
copied the *.exe's into the mono-x.x\lib\moonlight-directory in Windows and
included them into the path variable. I can start all this tools without any
hassle from anywhere in the directory tree.
Is there any way to find out which file the system cannot open? Starting MD
out off cmd window in Windows does not really help because there is no
terminal output given. Is there a start parameter to force MD to tell what
it is searching for?
If i manage to put all things together to start Moonlight development with
Windows/MD i will try to compose an install script for those interested.
-sergiou
BTW: other suse packages i installed are: moonlight-web-devel (which also
contains respack.exe) and moonlight-desktop[-devel], which is originally the
reason why i am trying out MD ;-)
