[MonoDevelop] Could not restart monodevelop after having disabled add-ins

In fact, since I had uninstalled some addins, and disabled some others, 
I finally managed to restart MD by re-installing it (ie. make install).
It seems to work fine now and I won't unistall any addin any more.
