That's not really sufficient. We expect students to make the GSoC
their primary activity over the 12 week period, and while we are
flexible and can make allowances for some other commitments, 120 hours
is effectively only a quarter of the expected time period. It wouldn't
be fair to other students and would not be an effective use of the
limited number of student slots we get get from Google.
