[MonoDevelop] Code Metrics update

Hi,
I am posting a patch against the latest svn check out. This diff can patch a
fresh copy of MD (no need to download beta/alpha versions)
Apart from the features I implemented earlier, this current update can do
the following
1) Shows metrics by project
2) Clicking on items automatically updates the contextual text buffer (note
that it does not work on the project, coz I have not implemented it yet)
3) Double clicking takes you to the actual location of the code
4) Metrics is calculated MUCH faster (<15 seconds on my machine)
5) Tree is updated on the go
