[MonoDevelop] Build ASP.NET web app project from console

Hello.

Is it possible to run MD on Linux (Debian 5.0 in my case) without X-Server
installed to compile an ASP.NET Web Application project and it's
dependencies (DLLs) to run in onto XSP?
