[MonoDevelop] Custom command in monodevelp

HI,

Is next version of MonoDevelop is going to support custom command. For
example I have a dbml file in project, i have made some changes in it
and now I want to update this file. It would be nice I can do this
with in IDE. It will save a lot of time.
