[MonoDevelop] ASP.NET MVC2 on MonoDevelop

Michael/Marek, you guys are amazing!  I love that you were at the Haacked
Mix10 talk when you did this.

After a little Web.config file fiddling I can now build and run (at least
rudimentary) ASP.NET MVC2 apps with MonoDevelop.  I thought others might
want to know that this works.

MonoDevelop trunk (build 153706)
Mono 2.7 and XSP trunk (build 153707)
Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid)
Mono/.NET 3.5 profile

Congratulations!  I may try to get this up and running on a Mac laptop as
well.
