[MonoDevelop] Hiding a panel

Is there any way to hide project panel
(/MonoDevelop/ProjectModel/Gui/ItemOptionPanels/Run/General)? I'm developing
PHP binding and default Run panel is completely useless for PHP project. I
want to replace it with mine. How to do this?
