[MonoDevelop] "Could not load solution xxx . An element with the same kay allready exist on the dictionary".. uhh?

Hi guys:

Today MD refuse to load one of my solutions with the "Could not load 
solution xxx . An element with the same kay allready exist on the 
dictionary", what the heck that mean? :-) , what can I do to fix this!
