[MonoDevelop] A simple bug of the Web Application project template (MD trunk)

Michael, I haven't any non-default settings enabled, while I can't
reproduce the bug either now (on another machine, also installed MD
built from the trunk).
So please ignore the reporting, until one day I find a certain way to
reproduce it again.
