[MonoDevelop] Version Control GUI

[IBBoard]

I like the look of the live updates and the different options of what to
view. Hopefully the text mode should give everyone what they want.

I've had a couple of HDD issues in the past few days, but I've just
updated to the latest revision, so hopefully I'll be able to give it a
whirl in the next few days without everything failing. Hopefully I'll be
able to give an alternate view from a frequent Eclipse user as well :)
