[MonoDevelop] "Open Containing Folder" not working

Ok, after running monodevelop through bash I get the following output
when accessing "Open Containg Folder" :

"Error showing url: No application is registered as handling this file"

Any ideas on how to get this done? seem to be related with nautilus
and monodevelop.
