[MonoDevelop] "Open Containing Folder" not working

  Hi,

  This Solution Explorer  "Open Containing Folder" option is not
working on a recent environment Ive built, when I click on it nothing
happens.
  It was working correctly a few days ago so probably something went
wrong with my setup. How can I debug this problem? Since nothing
happens I guess some exception is being logged somewhere.
