[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.4 released - Not Working on Windows 7

[Mr Wizard]

It was suggested that the spaces in the default "Program Files" installation
path may cause problems...

I Uninstalled everything...re-installed to C:\GtKSharp\, and C:\MonoDev\
...still getting same error
