[MonoDevelop] About tabs

Hi *,

if I remember correctly the issue of "tab management" already popped up
on the list in the past. Lately we (me and my team) noted that a common
pattern of use is to browse some files and then close all the related
tabs except the last one. Now, C-W is pretty useful but what about
avoiding to open the extra tabs? I am thinking about control-click
reusing the current tab to open the file instead of opening a new one.
What do you think about?
