[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.4 Beta 2 released

I would like to vote to move
MonoDevelop.TextTemplating.ThreadAsyncOperation to
MonoDevelop.Ide.CustomTools.  It will make it more visible for re-use
since the user already has to reference this namespace to implement the
ISingleFileCustomTool interface.  I don't think another add-in needs to
depend on MonoDevelop.TextTemplating to use this class.  I've included a
patch for review of the changes.
