[MonoDevelop] Change target directory in package creation.

Hi all,

Here is my problem : 
I have a solution with projects wich are plug-ins for another
application. as they are plugins I would like manually indicate the
directory in wich the assembly must be deployed. I would like change
this for makefile generation and package creation. 

Does someone know how I could do this?
