[MonoDevelop] Mono can't edit WinForms screens (projects migrated from Visual Studio)?

There is no WinForms designer for Mono (well, only incomplete / unstable
attempts), so the only option is to directly edit the code. Or go back to
Visual Studio to edit the UI.
