[MonoDevelop] Can't remove Code Templates

If I remove a custom Code Template from the preferences menu, it comes back the 
next time Monodevelop is started. Tried on 2.2 & 2.4 Mac version. 


I created a Code Template and later renamed it. Now there are both versions and 
I can't remove either.
