[MonoDevelop] GTK# GUI designer and ERROR message

Hello, team!

I'm on Windows 7 with GTK# installed. I have C# project using GTK#. During
compilation process MonoDevelop prints "ERROR: MonoDevelop could not find
the Gtk# 2.0 development package. Compilation of projects depending on Gtk#
libraries will fail. You may need to install development packages for
gtk-sharp-2.0." to the output box. It seems that generated files are not
updated (e.g. I can modify interface using designer, but new controls does
not appear at cs files).
