[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Mac OS X and Gtk# Designer

[Marco Antoniotti]

On Mac OS clicking the "right" button works erratically, sometimes not at all.  Looks like it is a Gtk problem.

On a related note, it seems that the latest MacOS installer does not include Winforms.  I think it should.
