[MonoDevelop] Problems with MonoDevelop on Windows

Since it seems straightforward enough and will prevent this ugly scenario from happening again, I submitted a patch for this bug in bugzilla: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=574892

Let me know if there is a better way for me to submit such patches.
