[MonoDevelop] monodevelop svn can't find Mono.Debugging.Soft

I have just installed monodevelop fom svn
when it runs, it can't load the MonoDevelop.Debugger.Soft addin because mono
can't find Mono.Debugging.Soft
I'm still trying to solve the problem, just reporting it first

error message:
