In my recent experience new . Net projects tend to be in WPF or  
silverlight, we will never have proper WPF and moonlight doesn't  
really have a designer at all.

Having a winforms designer would be a big win and really mean more  
people would actually *start* out doing new winforms projects on  
monodevelop.
