[MonoDevelop] Designer on vista 64

I installed MonoDevelop 2.2 on vista 64 and created new Gtk#2.0 project.
When I open MainWindow.cs with designer there are no pallete and property
tabs.
Is designer works properly on windows (vista 64)?
Am I missing someting?
