[MonoDevelop] Forms Designer in MonoDevelop

Why? I don't see the logic of that given the number of Winforms
developers vs Gtk# developers. Why not advocate QT.NET which is also
cross platform?

We really do need a Winform designer in MD. It's about the only reason
why I both using SharpDevelop now, but unfortunately, due to time, is
not something I can develop.
