[MonoDevelop] Integration MonoDevelop into Gnome

Hello.
Have you installed MD from package or from the source?
I did it from the source and have not such file.

hum weired, i have trouble to follow you, since MD exist i have an
.Desktop file who provide an entry menu !:
[eric at SurfzoidPC ~]$ ls /usr/share/applications/mono*
/usr/share/applications/monodevelop.desktop
[eric at SurfzoidPC ~]$

I have used several way to install monodevelop and always see it.
