[MonoDevelop] Gtk# Project Type Missing

I have installed the Mono Framework using the directions and also installed
the MonoDevelop app as well. After creating a solution and attempting to add
a project it doesn't bring up any Gtk# project options. 

Mac OS X 10.6.2, nothing else installed at this point and no other system
configuration changes.

Any help is appreciated.
