No, but we're taking contributions. There was a f# addin a while back
but AFAIK it's not maintained anymore. We're focusing on c# - all other
languages are contributed by the community. We'll include a maintained
f# addin - if anyone does this.

I'm not aware of such a tool - there is a tool called mono migration
analyzer:

This tool helps tracking possible .NET -> mono conversion issues - but
it doesn't do the job for you. btw. it's generally not possible to do
this - therefore I thik you mean this tool.
I've not tested it under openSUSE 11.2 but I think it should work.
