[MonoDevelop] language bindings' icons

Icon coordinates ? - no 

Icon - yes. You've to specify a new mime type & bind an icon to it. In
the main/src/core/MonoDevelop.Core.Gui/MonoDevelop.Core.Gui.addin.xml
are some mime types & icons defined - use this as reference.
