[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Debugger Issue

Hello,
          Can't Debug application(single step through each statement) when
external output window is enabled and some step requires input from user.
         How would one Debug an Application when program needs input from
user?
Visual Studio allows user to enter input in console window and after
accepting input, proceeds with debugging rest of the program.
