[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on Mac

Yeah, but can you do it without the visual designer, specifying elements in
code? Are there any tutorials on how to do that? Or are you telling Mac
people that MonoDevelop for Mac is really just a big prank being played on
Mac owners to frustrate us?

BTW, why isn't the list of disabled features on Mac easier to find? Figuring
out which things aren't actually available on Mac seems like a treasure
hunt. The GTK# designer doesn't work... oh and debugging doesn't either...

Sheesh.
