[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.4 set ASP .NET version to 4.0

Hi,

This problem seems to be fixed in trunk. The fix will be included in the
next release. There is a build from trunk available at
http://monodevelop.com/Download/Trunk_Builds, but I don't know if the
issue is fixed there. We'll try to push an updated build soon.
