[MonoDevelop] Debug not working

Hi

I have the latest version of the MonoDevelop IDE (2.4.1) and I have Mono 2.8
installed.
I am trying to run the Debugger for a MVC web application  but it seems that
is not hitting any breakpoint.
Is there any tutorial explaining how to set up the debugger for Windows.
