[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.4 set ASP .NET version to 4.0

When I do that I get a different error. It says it can't compile and is still
using .net 2.0 which I think is the reason it can't compile.

Compiler Error Message: : at (wrapper managed-to-native)
System.Reflection.MonoMethodInfo:get_method_info
(intptr,System.Reflection.MonoMethodInfo&)
