[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.4 set ASP .NET version to 4.0

Hi there,

I'm trying to debug my .NET 4.0 app in MonoDevelop but I keep getting the
following error

"Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'"

I can see on the yellow screen of death page that the debugger is trying to
load ASP .NET 2.0. How do I change this?
