Hi,

Turns out I'd forgotten that we'd special-cased the "GTK# Project"
template on Mac not to use the designer. The designer was still
functional for any new widgets or windows, or any in existing
Window/Linux projects. It was just the default window in the project
template that didn't work.

I've fixed this in git master and have uploaded a new trunk build to
the MD website.
