[MonoDevelop] Is it possible to create an AddIn like ours for MonoDevelop ?

MoMA is a tool that checks whether your program may work with Mono, but
MonoDevelop is a different beast. MonoDevelop is a program that runs on top
of Mono (or .NET), and which has its own limitations.
