[MonoDevelop] Mono/Monodevelop Bundle

After a small experimentation I successfully created a portable
Mono/Monodevelop bundle (like JDK included eclipse). Using it you can play
with Monodevelop without the installation of .net framework at all.

Now I am asking the community that can I publish my small effort here, so
that it might be helpful for someone else?
