[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop unit test button disabled

Hi,

I've just installed monodevelop 2.4 from my ubuntu repository.

Then I installed the nunit plugin, ran monodevelop and created a new
solution with test project.

There I found that it's impossible to run the tests, because the Run test
button stays disabled, no matter what I try (select a unit test, select the
test project, right click unit test class and check the
right-mouse-drop-down-menu, etc).

I've been browsing the internet for confirmation of this problem, and I
found nothing. So either I am doing something really stupid, or very little
people actually write unit tests :).

Hope you can help me out here!
