It looks fine in Sonar on all views except Diff for non-visual files,
and it looks okay in most themes for visual files, just not Sonar
because of the lack of bottom border in the theme (see attached)

It looks like the Diff view doesn't have a border at all, which messes
up the consistency. I'd be inclined to suggest moving it to the right of
the left box for consistency (although BeeDiff puts in on the outer
edges) or combining them into a single diff bar with colour highlighting
(which is what Eclipse does, and I've never had issues with it). The
latter would save space as well :)
